Whim™uses only those ingredients that enhance Inner and Outer health and beauty and never compromise it. We follow the strictest regulations and don’t simply adhere to the lax USA regulations. We hand select and verify the purity and potency of our ingredients and only choose to formulate with the best.  Made in the USA with nothing but love!

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly after placing an order on our website. If you don’t receive one, please check your SPAM folder. If it’s not in there, please shoot us a note at support@simplywhim.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@SimplyWhim.com to request a cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed, your credit card will not be charged. If the order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, please refer to our Return Policy in this FAQ.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Whim™ purchase. In the event you feel that a product doesn’t perform the way you want or expect, please let us know. We are happy to issue you a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) upon receipt of the remaining unused product within 30 days from the purchase date.

We, unfortunately, cannot receive returns on overly used products or products not purchased online at SimplyWhim.com.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and/or sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

To return items to SimplyWhim.com, please follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Send an e-mail to support@Simplywhim.com with your order number (if you don’t have it—please specify your name and address) and items to be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment. Be sure to include the return authorization form in your package.

3. All return packages must be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL and should be mailed to:

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

In Store Purchase Return

If you have purchased a Whim™ product from a spa, boutique, beauty supply store or other participating retailer, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased, subject to the store’s own return/exchange policy.

We apologize, as we are unable to process returns for products not purchased online at SimplyWhim.com.

All Whim™ products are formulated and manufactured in the U.S.A.

Our products are formulated with Love & Passion. We research each and every ingredient to ensure they will enhance your Inner Health & Outer Beauty and never compromise it! And, we formulate to a very high standard so you can be comfortable with your choice. Any ingredients that are known to be toxic, cancer-causing, hormone disrupters, and so much more are on our banned list of Nasty ingredients. We won’t use them. There’s no guesswork here. We do the homework for you and follow strict global regulations and don’t simply rely on the guidelines set forth by the U.S.A.
